SEAMLESS EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
We stand by our shoes 100% and we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Just follow these instructions and we promise to make it as easy as possible for you. Currently, we are able to offer the following services to our U.S. DOMESTIC Customers. Within 30 days of the original date of purchase, if you would like to exchange your shoes for another size or color, just fill out our Seamless Return/Exchange form and follow the instructions to start the process. You can also drop by our store in DTLA @ 584 Mateo Street, Los Angeles, CA 90013 and we can help you personally. Keep in mind, your COMUNITYmade shoes must be returned in new condition in the original packaging to qualify for a color or size exchange. We will pay for the return shipping of the original product to us, as well as the shipping of the new product to you. Unfortunately, we are not able to refund your original shipping fee as part of the return credit. ** This policy does not apply to special sale items and will be noted as such on each product page as applicable.
RETURNS WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE
Within 30 days of the original date of purchase, if you would like to return your shoes for a full refund or store credit, just fill out our Seamless Returns/Exchanges form and follow the instructions to start the process. RETURNS AFTER 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE
After 30 days of the original date of purchase, we would be happy to issue you a store credit to be used online or in-store. Keep in mind, your COMUNITYmade shoes must be returned in new condition in the original packaging to qualify for a full refund. Just fill out our Seamless Return/Exchange form and follow the instructions to start the process. Unfortunately, we are not able to refund your original shipping fee as part of the return credit and you will be responsible for the return shipping fees to us.

MANUFACTURING DEFECTS
If at any time after your original purchase, your return is due to a clear manufacturing defect - we will be happy to replace your product at no charge to you. If you would like to return your shoes for a full refund or store credit, just fill out our Seamless Return/Exchange form and follow the instructions to start the process. You can also drop by our store in DTLA @ 584 Mateo Street, Los Angeles, CA 90013 and we can issue the refund or store credit in person. We will pay for the return shipping of the original product to us. Unfortunately, we are not able to refund your original shipping fee as part of the return credit.

Our goal is to provide platinum service to you at all times, but we do rely on others to complete this process to include shipping and banking services so we appreciate your patience should something take longer than expected. Once your return is received and inspected, we issue you a credit or contact you if we have any questions. You should expect to see the credit to the original form of payment in approximately 14 days once the return is approved.
GIFT RETURNS
If you received your shoes as a gift and would like to return them, we would be happy to offer you a gift code for the value of the original purchase, or we can issue a credit to the original purchaser - we'll let you decide.
